August Amazon Purchases
It’s not a secret that my Mom is addicted to Amazon Prime but she has also shared that addiction with me. I get on the site just to “look” every single day it feels like and end up doing a deep dive down into the black hole that is Amazon Prime. I order things I need like the 100 pack of K-cups for my Keurig because if one thing is for sure, there will never be a coffee drought at my house. I also recently discovered they have really up’ed their game in the fashion department. You can even order things to “try on” before you buy it and it comes straight to your door in 1 to 2 business days. If you don’t like it you can just send it back and not have to go through the effort of returning it and getting your money back! The future is great people.
So I thought since I’ve been doing so much shopping recently I would share some of my favorite amazon purchases for this month and a few things that are on my wishlist
These are the most comfortable wedges I have ever owned. We have a few good months left here in North Carolina for open toed shoes so that gave me a good enough excuse to order these. They are “flatforms” so their basically a wedge but way more comfortable. I’ve already worn these a ton and I just ordered them last week. They look good with everything and dress up your outfit but they are so comfortable you don’t even feel like you’re wearing heals! The best of both worlds.
2. Gucci Belt (Dupe)
I have been wanting a Gucci belt forever but the price tag is enough for me to go into bankruptcy at 27. This one on Amazon is a good dupe with a cheaper price tag until I can hopefully one day buy the real thing. This way I can save my money for….more clothes.
I still love gingham everything so when I came across this top I immediately loved it. Peplum is a trend that I have been seeing a lot so I thought I would give it a try with this! It’s a shirt that’s light enough to wear with white jeans during the Summer and throw a jacket on with in the Winter!
I am a terrible packer. So I ordered these thinking they would maybe help me get my life together and I was right. These bags give you so much more room for everything in your suitcase and actually make me look like a light and organized packer. Theres one for my shirts, my pants, dresses, toiletries….etc. Everything has a place in my suitcase and they actually make me look forward to packing for a trip now.
I took the peplum trend a little bit farther and decided to try it in a dress. I ordered the navy because I live by the personal opinion that everyone looks good in navy. I sized up in this because it runs a little small but it’s still really casual and cute! Overall I love it and I think its a good transition piece for Fall!
