Halfway Homemade Keto Dill Pickle Wraps


What you need:

Dill Pickle Spears
Softened cream cheese
Sharp Knife

Step 1:

Take pickle spears out and lay them on paper towels
If there are large pickles cut vertically in half
Place paper towel on top to get the moisture out

Step 2:

Lay ham slices out, pat dry

Step 3:
Spread cream cheese evenly on top of ham slices. You don’t want it to be to thick!

Step 4
Take pickle spear and lay at one end of the ham

Step 5:
Wrap pickle in ham

I make these ahead of time so I store them in an air tight container in the fridge until I am ready to serve. Place a paper towel in the bottom of the container to get any excess moisture!

Step 6:

When you’re ready to serve cut rolls into bit size pieces and insert the toothpicks into the top of each piece.

These are a great keto snack for any party! Happy tailgating!
